Public Participation

1. Apologies for Absence

To receive apologies for absence

2. Declaration of Interests and Dispensations

  • To receive declarations of interest from Councillors on items on the agenda
  • To receive written requests for dispensations for disclosable pecuniary interests (if any)
  • To grant any requests for dispensation as appropriate

3. Minutes of the Previous Meeting

To resolve to approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the

10th February 2022

4. Action Tracker

To review the action tracker (for information only)

5. Finance

To receive and approve the monthly bank reconciliation.

To receive and approve the cumulative budget report.

To authorise payments.

To acknowledge receipt of income

6. Monthly Health and Safety Risk Assessment

To discuss and consider additional risks to be documented on the risk register

7. Planning and Licensing

To discuss and consider the following planning application and resolve any action required:

  • Nil at time of agenda

To note planning decisions awaited/granted from Fylde Borough Council on previously circulated planning tracker.

8. Amenities/Maintenance/Environment

To discuss and consider any issues and resolve actions required:

  • Update from in Bloom group projects
  • Jubilee preparations
  • Defibrillator – Hosting Agreement

9. County & Borough Council

To receive and consider any Parish issues and resolve any actions required

  • FBC: Gillow Park Tree- discuss and agree works following Tree Officer advice.
  • LCC: Little Eccleston welcomes careful drivers signage – costings/design decision

10. Annual Governance Statement

To receive and approve the statement presented by the Clerk.
