3.Minutes of the Previous Meeting

To resolve to approve as a correct record the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on the

13th October 2022.  No meeting held in September.

To review the action tracker (for information only)

5.Co-Option to the Parish Council Vacancy

To discuss and consider an application for co-option

6.Finance

  • To receive and approve the monthly bank reconciliation.
  • To receive and approve the cumulative budget report.
  • To authorise payments.
  • To acknowledge receipt of income

7.2023/24 Budget

To consider next years budget in preparation for setting the precept at the January meeting

8.Monthly Health and Safety Risk Assessment

To discuss and consider additional risks to be documented on the risk register

No planning applications were received at the time of the agenda.

To note planning decisions awaited/granted from Fylde Borough Council on previously circulated planning tracker.

To discuss and consider any issues and resolve actions required:

  • Watering contract – to resolve to approve the updated contracts.
  • Amenity Cleansing Contract – to resolve to approve the updated contract.
  • Open Spaces Contract Review – to receive an update from Cllrs Bull & Stead regarding Year 2
  • Village improvement work
