1069/23 3. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
It was resolved to approve the minutes of the meeting 18th May 2023 as an accurate record and
were signed by the Chair.
1070/23 4. Action Tracker
The action tracker of previous decisions of the council was noted and updated.
1071/23 5. Finance
i. It was resolved to approve the monthly bank reconciliation.
ii. It was resolved to approve the cumulative budget report.
iii. It was resolved to approve payments as below:

1072/23 6. Monthly Health and Safety Risk Assessment
1073/23 7. Planning and Licensing
The following application was discussed and considered:
23/0134 Wall Farm Wall Lane Little Eccleston with Larbreck PR3 0ZR
Listed building consent for internal and external alterations to building
The Parish Council discussed and considered this application, and it was resolved that the
Parish Council had no specific comments on this application.
1074/23 8. Amenities/Maintenance/Environment
• Notice Boards: Councillors discussed a range of options on either replacing or refurbishing
the two notice boards. It was resolved that these be refurbished with a magnetic backing
board, budgeted at £200.00 for the two boards.
• Grassed embankment land adjacent Cartford Close: following a resident enquiry, the clerk
and councillors confirmed that this land is not owned by the Parish Council. It was resolved
that the clerk will inform the resident.
• North West Tractor Pull Committee (NWTP): Cllrs Bull & Stead had recently attended the
committee. Issues that impact local residents were discussed. In relation to vehicles, it has
been agreed that additional traffic management will be co-ordinated to reduce the impact on
local residential areas.
• Great Eccleston Showfield Committee (GESC): Cllr Stead attended the recent committee
meeting and again the local issues that impact residents were discussed and considered.
The committee will consider cones in residential areas potentially 50 yards either side of
entrances and barriers to planted areas.
It was noted that the NWTPC, GESC and the Parish Council are keen to work together and
in harmony for the benefit of the community in the co-ordination of these events.
1075/23 9. County & Borough Council
• FBC: Planning Training session for the Town and Parish Councillors, Tuesday 20th June
from 2 to 5pm.
Venue: Council Chamber, Town Hall, St Annes.
It was resolved that Cllrs Bull and Milton or Smith will attend with the clerk, who will inform
FBC.
